  • Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History
  • The Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History provides an engaging and educational opportunity for learning about science, the natural environment, and cultural history. As the only natural history museum in a 100 mile radius, the Museum makes learning about science and history a “real” experience, as visitors are able to see actual artifacts and specimens from the Museum collections. The Museum provides programs, classes, birthday parties, and exhibits for all ages. Galleries include: ice age mammal fossils, dinosaur fossils, Texas and local history, geological and wildlife specimens, a discovery room with live animals, and a traveling exhibit program that features 4 or more new exhibits each year.

  • MSC Forsyth Center Galleries

    As the home of the Bill (‘35) & Irma Runyon Art Collections, the galleries house one of the world’s most extraordinary collections of English Cameo Glass, as well as works by Louis Comfort Tiffany, Steuben Glass Works, and Mount Washington Glass Company. The galleries also have more than 100 American paintings including important works by Winslow Homer, Frederick Remington and Charles M. Russell.   • Museum of the American GI
  • The museum’s collection includes transport and tracked armored vehicles, artillery pieces and various other hardware components used in the 20th century. A collection of fully functional weapons including individual and crew served weapons, mortars and artillery pieces and samples of demilled ordnance are available for public demonstrations. The museum also houses an impressive collection of uniforms and memorabilia of U.S. servicemen and women, along with one of the nation’s most complete libraries covering technical, training and parts manuals for most every known military vehicle, weapon or piece of equipment within the American arsenal.

  • Arts Council of Brazos Valley
  • The Arts Council's extensive programs include more than 14 rotating exhibits at the Texas Gallery, the Bryan-College Station Public Art Project, the ACBV Permanent Collection, arts and cultural funding, marketing, outreach, classes and professional development. The Texas Gallery hosts an extensive permanent collection of art featuring works from regional and Texas artists, sculptures, paintings and artifacts from around the world dating from the 11th century to the present.
